Teacher Talk: “’What to do, what to do? When the ‘Show Off’ Question becomes the ‘Oh, no!’ Question: Skills and Strategies to Effectively Address Question 3 on the AP Language and Composition Exam”

April 4, 2023 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm CDT

Free

Historically, at least until recently, Question 3 on the AP Language and Composition Exam has been an opportunity for students to shine and finish their exam on a high note. Afterall, Q3 allows students to write about any topics they  select as long as they address the prompt.  In 2022 and 2021 Q3 was the lowest scoring question.

So, what gives? Why are students failing to successfully address Q3?  In this session, skills and strategies to successfully respond to Q3 will be discussed and shared.

NOTE: All registered participants will receive an email approximately 48-72 hours before the start of the event with a URL to join the Zoom meeting. Please look in your junk or spam folders for this important email.
